This job started out designed in concrete but it was significantly over budget. The developers were really ready to walk away from the job when Brackett Builders, the general contractor, approached the developers about W-IBS as an option.
Not only did the W-IBS system help get them back under budget but we saved them significant time (months) on the construction schedule.
